We believe that kindness and effectiveness at work are inextricably linked. Kind workplaces yield greater effectiveness, and effective work environments aid kindness.

Our work with Kind & Effective Workplaces is a project sponsored by The Choose Kindness Foundation, a non-profit organization that seeks to increase well-being and happiness in individuals, organizations, and communities.
​
In addition to leading the Kind & Effective Workplaces project, the Foundation develops and supports kindness-enhancing projects in schools, social services, and public safety.
OUR REACH
Our blend of in-person and remote training and consulting offerings allow us to serve organizations far beyond our base in the Pacific Northwest. We can utilize Zoom or other remote learning/conferencing software to provide training to multi-state organizations and distributed workforces, allowing teams to maximize the time spent training while limiting the need for out-of-the-office travel.

We've enjoyed working growing our impact and working with students from organizations across
the country. We'd love to work with you as well.

We enjoy working with companies, non-profits, and trade and industry associations from all sectors, and have a special appreciation for industries employing "essential" workers. It has been our pleasure to work with many of these groups throughout the Pacific Northwest, bringing Kind & Effective training to conferences and individual workplaces.
